Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders, no minimum.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship the same day from Portland, OR, and shipping is always free.

What's your return policy?

30-day returns. If you're not happy with your paddle, email Support@PDXpaddles.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a return authorization and a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us. Paddles must be unused and in like-new condition with all original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

What does the warranty cover?

Every paddle is warrantied for 6 months against manufacturing defects (delamination, handle failure, core issues). It doesn't cover normal wear, cosmetic damage, or abuse. Email Support@PDXpaddles.com with your order number and photos to file a claim.

Which paddle is right for me?

Want one paddle that does everything — spin, pop, and control? Choose the TC1. Win with touch, dinks, and placement? Choose the Control. Want maximum power with minimum vibration? Choose the Power.

Are your paddles approved for tournament play?

Yes — the TC1 is USA Pickleball (USAPA) approved for tournament play.

Do the paddles come with a cover?

Yes — every paddle ships with a free paddle cover.

Can I try a paddle before buying?

Yes — we do demos at Portland-area courts and clubs. Email Support@PDXpaddles.com to find out where we'll be.
